Today I needed assistance with a plumbing issue after a burst water pipe last night. . I was directed to Terry who went out of his way to assist me with selecting the best tap to replace the existing one. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave me amazing service. Bought a kitchen tap. Excellent service and then I wanted a piece of board. When I asked for a piece of board I was told to look on the shelf. I found a piece and asked for it to be cut.15 mins later the same young man returned from his break and in slow motion cut the board. I have never experienced such poor attitude to service. I will never return to that store again.

Wide range of products and helpful staff to help with your my renovations. Plenty of car parking with onsite sasauge sizzle out the front and cafe inside. There are public toilets if needed too.

It was hot, really hot, like the air-conditioning was switched off; on top of that the staff we asked for indications they didn't know where products were. Very low quality service despite having plenty of people on the floor.

Is there a better place to have your wedding photos taken than Bunnings? Never!I always wanted to get married in Bunnings because - Bunnings! Ceremony in the powertool aisle, reception in the garden section..... dreamy.But, from what I understand, a good marriage is based on compromise, so, photos is what we have instead.Thankyou to the manager and the lovely team for not kicking us out and being so welcoming and lovely. We'll be back to spend our vouchers soon. :)
