Trade section: Peter was extremely helpful and aided us in getting skirting boards from out the back when the supply in store was depleted. He did more that normal. An excellent outcome.

Good work Busselton Bunnings!! Unlike so many visits to other stores as we travel Australia today was 5 stars mostly thanks to Debbie who came up to us today and asked what help we needed and she walked us to the location where our product should be, it wasn’t there! She called another member who didn’t know what it was as it’s just been released:She went off and found this new brand new product in the warehouse that was on a delivery cage that was 3 cages deep and brought it to us and gave that small town personal service, you need to keep this woman Bunnings management!

Sometimes you go to a shop with no hope and no plan, a bit ashamed of your lack of skills, and then you meet knowledgeable, kind and helpful people like Andy, who solves your problem in a second. Paint section: I've been to the paint section many times but I must say this young lady named Gemma is quick, efficient & her customer service skills is top class. Nothing is too hard for her. This young lady would be an asset to any company...lucky Bunnings

Clair rocks! Excellent customer service with fun Scottish jokes, bloody awesome knowledge, super damn strong (even at 5”4!) and ALWAYS around to help! THANK YOUUUUUU !! See you again in two days for more supplies no doubt :)

Massive hardware box store, friendly, helpful staff. I get tired of being asked if I need help though. But that's just my own personality I think. Clean toilets, a cafe, play gym for the kids, garden centre, trade centre, etc.
